2nd FOV, same surgeon?

Is it safer to do a second FOV with the same surgeon? Is there any additional risk in changing to another one (new dye, antibiotic etc)? Could there be a rumour going on that this is the new Andreas Lubitz, or whatever, so let's make this beast blind now....
