Frill cleanup or other eye?

If you had an FOV and were left with massive annoying frill (but we're still annoyed by the remaining eye) and the frill was a bit better than floaters ...would you go for the other eye first or have a frill cleanup if you ever had the option?

i been reading about vitrectomys that have nothing to do with eye floaters , checking to see if they complain about frill and other problems we see from fov, i can't find anybody saying any thing about frill , is fov that much different?
